Welcome to Beachcombers, a beautiful cosy ground floor apartment, just a stones throw from Beadnell Beach. If you’ve landed on this page you’re obviously looking for a holiday in Beadnell, Northumberland and what better place to stay than Beachcombers. It’s an ideal location for exploring the Northumberland coast, castles and much more!
Staying at Beachcombers with its cosy lounge, 2 bedrooms and spacious kitchen with outside decked area, ideal for those sparkling drinks, is a great location and within easy walking distance to the village. So after you’ve settled in and unpacked, why not treat yourself and visit the village where you can a enjoy a delicious meal and drink.

Beachcombers Apartment is in a fantastic location for holidaying in Beadnell. Sitting just behind Beadnell Bay, with its horseshoe beach, you couldn’t get closer to the beach if you tried! This ground floor apartment offers clean décor and cosy accommodation which is ideal for families or couples wanting to explore the surrounding area or just to sit and relax with a book and glass of wine on the decked area which is a real sun spot!
You will see from my full calendar that this is a very popular self catering apartment , You can reserve your 2023 holiday now to avoid disappointment!
The rooms
The living room is bright and airy with comfortable sofas, occasional tables, TV and dining area which looks out onto a small grass area. There is a door leading to a decked area outside with seating ideal for alfresco dining!
The contemporary kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with all the essentials including integrated appliances. You can cook a hot meal should you fancy without having to bring your pots and pans with you!
The 2 bedrooms are bright and spacious comprising of:-
- Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and drawers.
- Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk, double on the bottom and single on top – can sleep 3 (top bunk not suitable for adults), bedside table, lamp and set of drawers.
Bathroom – Bath with shower over, WC and basin
Dog friendly
Beachcombers Apartment is dog friendly. We welcome all well behaved dogs. There is room for up to 2 dogs at a charge of £15 per stay.
Interaction with our guests
From your first contact with myself, I will give you full details regarding your stay and accommodate, where I can, any extra requests. I will keep in contact with you right up until your arrival and I am on-hand should you need to contact me during your stay. There is information in the property with – Raining day ideas for kids, places to visit and restaurants.
Beadnell Bay & its surrounding area is an excellent location for water sports enthusiasts, with wakeboarding, surfing, water skiing, sailing, kite boarding, bodyboarding and diving all available locally. Golf Courses are not far away! The village itself is home to a well-stocked general store, perfect for stocking up on supplies or there is the local pub where you can enjoy hearty meals after long coastal walks. It also enjoys access to the Dark Skies Reserve the only officially designated area in the UK.

This is my 4th year staying in this fantastic apartment . Best location in Beadnell , friends have visited me for the day and also booked for various weeks , I’m now having to book well in advance to make sure I can get in ! (should have kept it a secret !) he apartment has everything you need , spotless clean , nice décor , location is the key , right in the sand dunes .
Jayne the hostess will help you with any problems , not that I have had any in the 4 years of staying here . Welcome fizz and flowers is the perfect touch on arrival . I can not recommend this apartment enough , but you will be lucky to get in as after the first visit you will be booking year after year just like me and my family . We have spent our last six summer holidays at the Beachcomers we choose it for its great location one minute form the beach and a great position to tour the area from.there was 4 of us this year there is plenty of room.there was no problems after the lock down all rooms where spotless clean hand sanatizer stations fitted booked again for next can’t wait
